- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and hosting.
- AssemblyAI — audio transcription and AI-powered summarization.
- Vercel — hosting and analytics.
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore Security Rules to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and assignment data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
